Built in 1789, our cosy, central heated, 3 bed cottage has both charm and character with a modern day twist. Boasting a large garden with children's play equipment, overlooking an enclosed duck pond, 3 ample sized, light and airy double bedrooms, a modern kitchen complete with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and double butler sink, good sized dining room with rustic log burner, widescreen TV and Netflix. The cottage also has two bathrooms to include a free standing bath tub and shower room. We are pet friendly and run all year round and also have on site livery facilities for your equine friends, with direct access to some of Suffolk's most picturesque bridleways.

Ideally situated for exploring the Suffolk coast or the Suffolk countryside, Cowpasture Cottage will be everything you envisaged and more. Nestled far enough away to immerse yourself in nature and the tranquility of the countryside, but within walking distance of the local amenities to include pubs, restaurants, shops and a bakery. The quaint seaside town of Felixtsowe is a short drive away or within walking distance for those that like to ramble, where you will find a high street full of independent shops, leading to the seafront and pier, boasting blue flag beaches and some real gems of beach front restaurants and bars.
